For users choosing to participate in microbiome testing, we have committed to advanced safeguards to protect your personal information, such as requiring that the personnel who come in contact with your sender information (e.g., name, address) differ from the personnel who conduct the testing and processing of your sample. Once the laboratory processes your sample, they will send us the results via a unique barcode, which does not include any sender information.
If we become aware, or reasonably believe, that your personal information has been disclosed or accessed by an unauthorized individual, we will notify you consistent with our legal obligations.

Our products are designed for the majority of common skin needs and goals. Dark spots? Yep. Aging? Absolutely. But, we're still working to develop formulas for acne-prone skin. If this is your primary concern, hang tight and we'll have something for you in the future.
